GARAHELP COMPANY ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect for Store Management, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, store name, country.
• Store data: products, prices, stock, sales, expenses, names and phone numbers of employees you provide.
• Simulator data: figures you enter, date and number of accesses, IP addresses used (to detect link sharing).
• Payment: handled by Paddle. We never see or store your card numbers; we only receive payment confirmation and the billing information we need.
• Affiliation: if you come from a partner, their affiliate code is recorded to calculate their commission.

2. Why we use it

To provide and set up the service, manage your subscription and access, send service emails (confirmation, kit, reports), prevent fraud and link sharing, calculate partner commissions and meet our legal obligations.

3. Providers that process data for us

Google Firebase (database), Railway (hosting), Brevo (email delivery), Telegram (reports and messages if you use it), Paddle (payment and billing). These providers process data on our instructions and under their own security commitments. Your data may be processed outside your country.

4. Sharing and sale

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above, with authorities where the law requires, or with your consent.

5. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of your subscription, then for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. On request, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing, and object to certain uses, by writing to garahelpcompany872@gmail.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We apply reasonable measures: secret-based access, revocable personal links, secure hosting. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects your data, we will inform you.

8. Minors

The service is intended for adult business owners and is not directed at children.
