What Store Management does
One piece of software to track the products, the money and the expenses of a shop or small business.
Inventory management
Each product is recorded with its supplier, purchase price, transport and customs costs, and selling price. Every sale reduces the stock automatically, and an alert warns the owner before a stockout.
Profitability simulator
Before you invest, simulate how profitable your project will be: enter the supplier price, the quantity, transport and customs, and choose your profit percentage. The Excel sheet calculates the selling price and the profit and gives a verdict. It is an estimate, only as good as the amounts you enter.
Cash register and sales
Employees record the items sold on their phone. The cashier has a separate screen, protected by a password, showing the money collected for each product, the seller's name and the total for the day.
Cross-check
The software compares the items employees report as sold with the money collected at the register. Every difference appears in the daily report, presented as something to verify.
Finances and profit
Profit is calculated product by product, then general expenses (rent, salaries, electricity, internet, transport) are deducted to get the net profit. A loss is flagged in the report.
Daily report
The report is sent to a Telegram group and is available on request. It flags unrecorded expenses and differences between the remaining stock and the items sold, then gives a piece of advice.
Built-in assistant
The owner asks the bot questions in the group: profit for the month, best-selling product, risk of a stockout, main expenses.
How you access it
Store Management is not installed on a desktop computer. Your employees use the app on their phone, and you follow your shop from Telegram.

You fill in the request form. The trial lasts 14 days and takes place on your own shop.

You send us your product list in our Excel sheet. We import it and create your data space and your shop's Telegram group.

Is my data mixed with that of other shopkeepers?
No. Each business has its own data space, separate from other customers'.
Do I need to buy a cash register or special hardware?
No. The phone app works as the cash register. It can be connected to an existing register later if your shop has one.
How do I follow my shop when I am away?
The daily report arrives in your Telegram group. You can also ask the bot a question at any time, for example about your profit for the month.
